Miranda began providing care in the community 24 years ago after working for a similar style agency in the United Kingdom. She introduced the concept here in 1999, becoming one of the first private homecare agencies in the country with a vision of setting the standard in home based care. Miranda has been proactive in ensuring Carers are recognized and valued for their work and has spoken at conferences nationally and internationally on the future of this industry and its workforce.
Her commitment to providing excellent care for people of any age who need help in their own home, has ensured her business is one of the most trusted and respected in the industry.
We pride ourselves on our reputation for quality service and compassionate staff and Carers and have enjoyed ongoing positive feedback from Clients over the years. We have achieved this with the ongoing support of our 250 dedicated and experienced Carers, many of whom have been with us since our inception. In each regional office we have fantastic Clinical and Resource Coordinator and Homecare Managers for you to deal with directly if you have any concerns or require support.

Miranda moved back to Hawke’s Bay in 2009 with her husband Campbell and three gorgeous boys – Max aged 17, Gus aged 16 and Jimi aged 12 to be closer to family.
