We appreciate that the first assessment or meeting can occur during a difficult time for our clients and their families. You will have questions to ask and important decisions to make, and it is our responsibility to ensure you are provided with all the information you need to put you at ease.
Your home visits and assessment will help us select a caregiver/s most suited to you and if possible, we will arrange a personal introduction. This is a great time to make sure we have the right caregiver for you and your care.
The services you require will be delivered on the days and at the times most convenient to you. Additionally, all clients benefit from our 24 hour support service, which allows for peace of mind should unexpected needs arise.
There is no pressure and no obligation - just guidance from a team with decades of experience.
